JAM
& JAM Ltd. Bulgaria is a family company established in the
spring of 1995 in Plovdiv
from Iliana and Stoyko Kirovsky graduated engineer technologists.
Producing and selling fruit-sugar preserves Jellies, Jams, Jams
with milled fruits, Jam for Diabetics, Fruit floods Toppings,
Jams from selected fruits and Jellied fruits which can be used
and put like ready-to-cook foods in the confectionery industry
are the basic activities of the company. We also produce another
kind of products, developed on the base of natural extracts
Pine cone Elixir with extract from Pine-cones, Herb Elixir with
extract from seven herbs and Rose Elixir with extract from Rosa
Damascena. All products of JAM & JAM Ltd. are produced
accordingly to the company technological documentation, approved
from the Health Department of the Republic
of Bulgaria.
The production is marked and indicated with HCCP and European
standards with stroke code EAN-13.
The
production facilities of the company are situated on a territory
of 3000 square metres in the South part of the city of Plovdiv
a district free of industrial contamination, situated near the
Rodopi Mountain.
The
staff of the company is represented by 50 employees and clerks,
who are organized into two shifts. The annual production capacity
of the company is 2000 tones Fruit-sugar products /Jams, Jellies,
Fruits fillings, Elixirs, Toppings/, which classifies it as the
biggest in the country.
With over 150 items JAM &
JAM Ltd. is a major supplier of METRO CASH AND CARRY BULGARIA, BILLA BULGARIA, FANTASTICO, OASIS, SANY,
PICCADILLY, MEGA MARINA, EVROPA. Trough its good distribution
net, JAM & JAM Ltd. also supplies many shops, which
are not as big as above mentioned. Another big part of the production
is used in semi-manufactured form in the production process of
companies like ROYAL FOODS HOLDING, NESTLE SOFIA, DUNKIN` DONUTS,
POBEDA BOURGAS, PRESTIGE VELIKO TARNOVO, KARMELA VELIKO
TARNOVO, SLADKA KASHTA ASIA and many other smaller producers
of sweeties and pastry products.
The introduced system of critical points control (HACCP), the execution
of strict incoming and outgoing control of the raw materials,
the packing process and the production process guarantees permanent
high quality of the foodstuff.
During the first 10 years of operating JAM & JAM Ltd. presented numerous products
not only on the Bulgarian market, but also on the markets of Taiwan,
Georgia, Australia, Italy, Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan,
Romania, Macedonia, USA, Japan, Singapore, Israel, Arabian countries,
Albania, Denmark, Germany, Cyprus, Czech, Poland, Hungary, Iraq,
Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Romania, Macedonia, USA, Singapore,
Japan, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Albania, Denmark, Germany, Cyprus,
Czech Republic, Poland, Iraq and most of the Arabian countries.
